You can simultaneously utilize Assure Disability and Chronicle to leverage the strengths of both tools, ensuring a smooth transition for your needs. To integrate these systems, simply add your Chronicle number to Assure, allowing Chronicle to receive the ERE text message password. This integration enables both systems to access ERE files, giving your firm the flexibility to choose which service to use at any given time. When you're prepared for a complete transition, enter your Chronicle phone number into the ERE system.

Steps:

1. In the left side bar, click "Cases"

2. In the drop down menu that opens, click "Credential Manager"

3. Choose the attorney ERE account you want to forward for and click edit.

4. Under "Forward Numbers" click "Add Another"

5. Enter your assigned Chronicle phone number and click save.

6. Your are done!
