SSA: Electronic Records Express
Electronic Records Express is a program developed by Social Security in collaboration with state Disability Determination Services (DDS) to provide electronic methods for submitting health and educational records pertinent to disability claims. When you submit records through this system, they are automatically linked to the specific disability claim folder of the applicant.
