A case is charged once for the lifetime of the case, not matter how many times it is remanded. A case is only charged when you download the file by entering in a full SSN. Cases that appear via the ERE status report with no documents are not charged.
Each firm will get a live training call so every team member can be onboarded and get up to speed. It only takes 30 minutes.
